The year 2019 has brought a golden dawn of tea. That year was just the beginning of a famous tea franchise. Many people who wanted to become entrepreneurs and had strong capital knots jumped on the new incarnation of this tea. Shiny outlets were started at various strategic locations. Everyone realized that even a Rs 10 tea can be sold in such an attractive way, and then it started to become nectar-like, like that famous tea, and the village youth started their own method, nectar-like, by throwing capital at them. How many responses everyone got is a matter of research .. !!
But one thing everyone will admit is that the craze for nectar is less now. A lot of nectar-like closures have also fallen off in the lockdown, and the pace of new nectar-like starts has slowed.
The same thing mixed with nectar .. !! In the Pimpri Chinchwad area where I live, there is a huge craze for misal.
Over the last 15-20 years, many well-known mixed traders from Pune-Pimpri Chinchwad have maintained their taste and quality in the business.
As money began to appear in this mix, many new entrepreneurs started many new types of mix in the last 2 years.
How much success did they have except for the initial response ?? This part is different .. !! , But it is an unfortunate fact that these new businesses have passed like a roller coaster ride.
(Roller coaster rides are a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Most people are unlikely to return.) Why did this happen ?? Why does a business started in a hurry close down in a short period of time ?? Or why its response is low ?? This needs to be explored !! The monorail between Chembur and Wadala started in Mumbai in 2014 should be a good example of all this.
Limited passenger capacity, unnecessary route planning and costly and impractical technology, and most importantly, long distances from suburban railway stations, hit the Rs 2,500 crore monorail project. And the monorail remained just a joy ride or a roller coaster ride and then it fell off. In the same way, a business started by simply copying a reputed brand or without predicting the general market under the guise of a new experiment and investing a lot of capital remains like a monorail in Mumbai.
Basically I don't want to get into a debate about whether or not to take a franchise. But I would like to give this warning to the youth and entrepreneurs who are starting or wanting to start their own business in the same way with only a copy of a reputed brand in mind .This article is for them .. !!
Basically all the reputed and famous brands have survived in the market due to their 20-25 years of hard work and perseverance and quality services. Therefore, every young person needs to keep in mind that while starting any new business, your business should not become a roller coaster / joy ride and at the same time you should not lose your original identity. Therefore, it is more important to be a trend setter than to be a trend follower. Because it will be late, but I am sure that whatever comes to hand will benefit the next many generations ... !!
